HOW TO FIGURE YOUR CLEANING COST: We price our services based on the number of square feet to be cleaned. To calculate the number of square feet in a room measure the length (in feet) and multiply by the width. Add the square foot amount of each room to be cleaned…to get the total number of square feet. PET URINE EXTRACTION OR SPECIAL SPOTTING (STAIN CORRECTION)
· $45/area (up to 3 Sq Ft) – saturation of spot with cleaning solution that is designed to dissolve staining material. Strong vacuum system recovers liquid through the carpet, and padding (down to the sub-floor.)
